"The Last Nights At The Opera
Dear Opus friends,
After the brilliant last Opus shows at the opera, where we provided many touching moments and goosebumps with your help, we say goodbye to a well-deserved (in)retirement and a break for the holidays. After that, it's all about preparing "THE LAST NOTE", the live album including DVD & CD of our farewell at the opera, which will be released at the end of March. Also simultaneously with the broadcast of the Opus show on Saturday, 26 March at 22h on ORF 2.
We thank our wonderful star guests, musicians, the Opuspocus Orchestra conducted by Christian Kolonovits, our so reliable crew and all technicians, the so obliging crews of the Opera, ORF Styria, all sponsors, especially the main sponsors Energie Steiermark & GRAWE,
the great team of Schwaiger Music, the dancers of Conny & Dado and everyone who contributed to these unique benefit concerts for Ethiopia, especially the terrific audience who celebrated us so euphorically!
Last but not least, we are very happy about the great success of our 48-year career and very grateful and humbled to be able to enjoy this beautiful life through the unwavering encouragement of the public, the media and of course the many many fans -.
